Town Governance
Diverse Holliston collaborates with Town Government to build strong relationships across committees and Boards, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are considered in all practices and policies. We work to embed DEI principles into decision-making processes and help establish accountability to the town’s DEI commitments. Through these partnerships, we aim to create lasting, systemic change that reflects our community’s values and supports a more inclusive and equitable Holliston for all.
Schools
Diverse Holliston partners with Holliston Public Schools to foster a climate where students learn to respect differences. We collaborate with school leadership to build accountability, promote inclusive curriculum, address hate speech and identity-based bullying, and strengthen DEI understanding and practices. Through these efforts, we aim to create a learning environment rooted in equity, where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive within a diverse school community.​
Community Programs
Diverse Holliston creates programs that foster understanding and inclusion. We offer respectful dialogue opportunities and affirming spaces where underrepresented groups can thrive. By encouraging connection across differences and deepening our understanding of diverse experiences, we aim to build a more inclusive and supportive community for all. Our efforts are rooted in creating safe environments that promote learning, empathy, and meaningful engagement throughout Holliston.
