Create meaningful ways for BIPOC residents to engage, lead, and be heard in our community by building relationships, identifying barriers to participation, and shaping safe, respectful spaces.

Equity Education
Develop and participate in interactive learning experiences—like upstander training, antiracism workshops, and LGBTQ+ education—that give community members the tools to recognize bias, speak up, and foster inclusion in everyday life.

Outreach & Communications
Create and share engaging content, design flyers, manage social media, and connect with local news outlets to spread the word about Diverse Holliston’s events and mission.
