A few weeks ago, my 10-year-old played in a soccer match against a team who was abnormally aggressive. There were two players on the other team who were actively elbowing and shoving our players to the ground, and they were doing so when they were sure the ref wasn’t looking. Honoring Indigenous Peoples’ Day at the Holliston Public Library
This October, Diverse Holliston partnered with the Holliston Public Library to create a display in honor of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. The exhibit celebrated Native history, culture, and contemporary voices through books, art, and educational materials, inviting our community to learn, reflect, and connect. Is 2025 the year we donate our holidays?
